Clement Passes Structural Engineering Exam

Garver congratulates Project Engineer David Clement, PE, who serves on Garver’s Facilities Design Team in the North Little Rock, Arkansas office, for passing the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) 16-hour Structural Engineering Exam. 

Typical pass rates for the SE exam are well below 50 percent, so passing allows an engineer to distinguish himself as having an uncommon level of expertise in the field of structural engineering.

“David passing this exam is further proof clients should be confident Garver will provide excellent solutions to structural engineering problems,” said Director of Facilities Design John Watkins.
