Garver has won the 2010 Oklahoma Asphalt Pavement Association Commercial/Industrial Award for design and supervision. The award recognizes Garver's street design, construction engineering, and inspection services at Fort Sill Industrial Park in Elgin, Oklahoma.
The project included more than 1 mile of two-lane curb and gutter roadway and storm sewer improvements. This was part of the first phase to construct an industrial and commercial development. Garver's complete services include program management, design, and construction services for all park infrastructure.
