Mark Williams Named Outstanding Citizen of the Year

The Eastern Chapter of the Kansas Society of Professional Engineers (KSPE) recently chose Garver’s Mark Williams, PE, as their Outstanding Citizen of the Year. Mark is a senior project manager on Garver’s Aviation Team serving in our Overland Park, Kansas office.

For the past 20 years, Mark has been extremely involved with his church, where he has impacted the lives of hundreds of youth through his involvement as a mentor, Sunday school teacher, and mission trip sponsor, among other things. He is also a long-time youth basketball and softball coach.

Mark has served multiple professional organizations in a variety of capacities, including a term as KSPE president, and as chairman of the Kansas Aviation Advisory Committee.

At Garver, we’re always proud to see our employees recognized for doing good things as working professionals, but we’re just as proud to see them recognized for doing good things as everyday citizens. Congratulations, Mark.
