The award honors engineering graduates who achieve distinction in engineering and provide leadership and service to the university's College of Engineering. Paul is a project manager in our water group, and during his seven years with Garver, he has specialized in the specification and design of industrial equipment installation, manufacturing plant layouts, machine modifications, process piping systems, and industrial ventilation. In addition, Paul is experienced in water and wastewater treatment plant projects that have included mechanical conveyance, high-service pump stations, low-pressure air systems, and piping design.
